He means fans at the stadium. He doesn't mean the fair weather fans on CCS.

We exist in a 100% different world than we did in the previous 10 years.

This is a team that has what you need to win. They have the talent, they have the coaching, and they have the culture and environment required.

At no time in the previous 10 years did we have all of that working at the same time.

This. This is one sad fact.

this was such an embarrassing stage. during Lovie Smith, they had the talent, I would say defensive coaching, and no plan on offense. Trestman literally reversed the two, talent all on offense and scraps and horrible planning on defense. John Fox had no talent and was coaching a game that has long passed him by.

Ryan Pace may be a dicklicker, but he restocked the shelves pretty well, and got some brains to run the machinery.

This team is in a very good place right now.

Nagy seems to get the entire "culture" thing. I believe that most of this team likes playing for him and takes pride in the team.

That is not a given in the NFL.

If I remember correctly Hicks said in his gamenight live post game interview that Nagy has made playing football fun again. This was of course with regard to the Santa's Sleigh TD play to Sowell. Nagy has these guys playing loose, having fun and feeling like they are a part of something special. He has completely eradicated any traces of John Fox from the building.

Trestman loved that phrase.
