Pretty obvious Warren - in speaking with Poles - is taking a larger role in football operations. With his right ear trained on Ginny, and his mind on that beautifully cut Hugo Boss suit he just brought home, does anyone think this is a good idea?
Reports out of Halas Hall suggest the new coach will be a "leader of men" type, a description that I now hear being used to describe Thomas Brown. It is obvious what the Bears are doing. Your new Bear Head Coach is going to be Thomas Brown by Black Monday.

My brother is a 49er fan and that fan base was really pissed when the Bears fired Flus. He said most didn't really know who Thomas Brown was. I don't know how much effort was put in to find out about Thomas, but the consensus is that what they have seen of him or heard of him, he seems to be much more of a leader/coach than Flus.

You can be a leader of Men who walks them right into the slaughter.
Bears need a leader of Men, this should be obvious as NFL is exclusively played by Men.
This is like saying your truck needs a driver with arms.
HC of a football team requires a mind for football and a demeanor that commands respect from Men.
Just imagine what happens when you focus on your truck driver having arms alone.
Now imagine hiring a guy in charge of all the drivers and the criteria is he has arms because we've noticed having arms is important.
The Bears truly are at the bottom of the drain.
This would be a good spot to sell the team IMO.
