Since this thread is already off the rails...

Anyone else find that almost any restaurant that does mayo on a sandwich, always overdoes the mayo by alot.

Like I asked for a turkey club/w mayo not a mayo sandwich with extra mayo and a bit of turkey
Yes, I always ask for light mayo or get it on the side and add what I want.

Here you go, picture RacerX with this one gallon beauty and a giant serving spoon, no... a giant ladle.

Ham & cheese on rye requires mayo. Most other sammys club or BLT, smashed avocado instead. I've been doing this for years and it sucks that it's trendy now, but overlook that because it really does taste better.

One more thing, death to anyone that adds mayo to guac.

They sold a "mug" bigger than that with a actual handle. If I ever find one I'll get a pic, since it was 'MURICAN! To the core [emoji16]

Is this a mayo thread now?

Anyways.

Making burgers, do not make your burgers to tight. The cooked texture changes dramatically.

Also don't salt them until you start cooking them. Makes them tough otherwise.
