I believe you suffered a sprained AC joint. Sometimes they aren't damaged enough to warrant surgery and you have to go the physical therapy route. But they are a ***** to get rid of

Today has been 2 weeks, and is the first day I tried some Chin/Pull/Push-ups..I went real easy, and I only felt a little pain across the muscle that runs right below my collarbone when I did Push-ups. Also, the shoulder joint feels loose..It feels like someone is closing the door on an old rusty car..I'm going to give it till April 1st, and if there isn't any improvement..Off to the Doc..

To be honest, you seem too soft. Gotta work through this shit.

Worked at a gym for years. One thing I can tell you Bud, is that proper stretching is VITAL. Hope you are alright though man. I also would highly reccomend fish oil. Fish oil helps lubricate your joints and things like dips are definetly tough on your rotator cuffs. I've been taking fish oil for years and it's helped a lot of my joints that ache from football or general wear and tear from lifting- keeps them loose and easier to work with.
