it is hard question to answer. Both was great in their early years. They are smart players and have large arsenal of offensive moves. They are also great defenders as they played in Europe before NBA.
Ginobili is a guard and Pau is forward/center... Manu has great speed, he can pass the ball, great scorer. Pau is great post-up player, good passer and scorer.

Naw they along with Gibson and Asik will take rebounds from Deng, but he will have his rebounding moments though.
