I usually confess it to my local grocery store owner and he makes me buy breakfast cereal from that bottom shelf as penance.

Unfortuantely it doesn;t happen that often to me. I like leftovers and don't really mind eating food three meals in a row or more.

Depending on the leftovers I don't care either.... if I make a batch of chili that will be dinner and then leftover dinner for like 4 nights in a row.
But like last Sunday I went to dinner with my family and got chicken pot pie and it was decent but all week I avoided it in favor of brinner cause im obsessed with brinner lol and now I feel bad ima have to chuck it.

I'm a fan of breakfast too. For me it's like I get left overs from the family and for breakfast and lunch I eat it up. Then at dinner, I brinner too
