My gut instinct upon reading that post was "delete & ban", but I willingly walked away from the computer for a few moments instead. He probably deserves it, but I sometimes fear where his aggression will go without CCS.

FWIW it doesnt bother me. Wife is doing very well, has great doctors, they are actually hopefull for about 15 years of remission and there will either be a cure or another treatment to kick the can further down the road, Lord willing. Much better to feel blessed than cursed these days.
Ps she didnt even get strep from our boy despite super low absolute neutrophil count last week. Probably has a little to do with her man putting measures in place for these dirty germ infested kiddos. Prayers probably helped tho.

Yeah that was pretty harsh albeit inaccurate. With all the treatments and risks she could literally die any time. But so could any of us.
To urblocks point If not posting on ccs was a mitigating factor I would cease right now.

I'll speak to that and affirm. I enjoy ppl laughing so much so that I take to this medium to produce that. Relief? I dont wanna drone on about certain miseries but to a degree that is accepted and empathized with here. I actually cherish many relationships that have been forged here.

I spent the first two decades of my adulthood traveling all around the country for work, but when that came to an end and I decided one day to move back to Chicago and take a "real job"....it hit me that I was my late 30s and had absolutely no friends. You internet people are easy. I never had to leave the house, talk about "where you went to school" or put up with your stupid kids doing stupid things stupidly loud...or worse...put up with your stupid questions or comments why I don't have stupid kids of my own and how stupid that is.
Instead we can just move right on to me being a total smartass and how stupidly funny that is.
