so he can leave us without a front court when he leaves through FA ???

There is 3 ways we can get Howard.

He could be drugged, or Pax can hire a hypnotist.

Or maybe Pax can suck Sterns dick like Pat Riley did. :dunno:

Pucker up Paxy

I was about to just post this now lol. I wouldn't mind trying to get him at all. As much as I like Asik it would be nice to put Wallace ahead of him kind of like what we did with Kurt Thomas

You guys are crazy if you think Wallace has anything left in the tank or can offer absolutely anything to the team. Have you ever heard of a player making a successful comeback to help a team win? It usually a desperate team looking to take a huge risk like Marbury with the Celtics. It doesnt work.

Im with B18 you force the Howard trade. Why? Cause it puts us over the top. And once you have him in Chicago he will think again about going elsewhere. The city will love him and the endorsement will come rolling in. Rose's work ethic and Thibs intensity will show on and off the court their commitment to winning. And if your able to keep Boozer that will only entice him more into staying.

There's always the possibility that Howard would just refuse to play even if he's here, but regardless, I still can't see Orlando agreeing to any trade offer we give them. And even then, he might still choose to not sign an extension for whatever reason, so I can see why we're not forcing the issue with a trade. And it's not like anyone's saying that Rasheed come back and start playing 25 minutes for us. He'd be like Kurt Thomas for us last year. And as far as insurance big men go, Rasheed isn't that bad of an option.

Howard is not the type of player to refuse a trade or sit out because hes unhappy. Thats why for the most part he has kept his mouth shut in Orlando during all this and played at an MVP type level with absolutely nothing around him.

As for the Kurt Thomas comparison. I dont think it works. Kurt Thomas's game and Rasheed's are really the same. They dont have the same mindset and Thomas wasnt out of the league like Rasheed. Thomas was playing everyday in practice was was brought in to be a mentor. Wallace will not do any of these things. He is out of shape and will want to play and only hurt the team. If you are looking for a big wait till KMart gets out of China

'Sheed! haha I guess he would be a good "Kurt Thomas" type of back-up for the team like some of you said. Nothing more would be required of him. He'd still get his minutes, I'd like to think.

Greetings....I'm SP94,
Pleased to meet you.....

You are correct, Kurt Thomas and Rasheed are 2 totally differant kinds ofcharacters.
Rasheed isn't in any better shape to come back than Scottie Pippen is right now, so I would say the odds of Rasheed coming back are about the same as Allonzo Mourning..Purhaps out of boredom, Wallace may end up playing a little ball over seas...
BUT,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,If he did happen to comeback and play forthe Bulls for the smallest possible income, I would see his roll as far as basketball personel goes, as being THE SAME AS what Kurt Thomas's was.

Yes Kmart would definately be a more reliable and ready to play now type player than Rasheed........

However, I do disagree with you on as far as Dwight Howard is concerned.
For one, where the hell is there any kind of garentee that Howard would resign in Chicago if traded here?......Because he's a nice guy and respectful about how he speaks of his currant employer to the media????? YEAH RIGHT, I don't buy it.....but who knows what his real feelings are......Personally I believe he has silently been pushing a trade behind closed doors.

..When he gets to Chicago and looks around him and sees that 3 of the starters Deng,Noahand Boozer are not here, and all that's left is Rose and aging Hamilton from the origional now starting lineup, cold shitty weather and a team left not much better than his currant Orlando one, I would say its likely that Howard would move on from the Bulls after this season....Plus I'm sure he knows that Reinsdorff-PAX-GAR are not the best wheelers and dealers as far as bringing in star quality players that he would want around him..........So why trade are core away to Orlando with No garentee of what where getting in return is even going to stay at all?????????.....Its just not logical......Most importantly, Howard has stated (demanded) his prefered destinations, AND CHICAGO IS NOT ONE OF THEM..........

I also don't know how well Howard would take being the #2 guy.....I also don't see Derrick Rose ever accepting being the number 2 guy either....I don't even see Rose being happy unless he's #1 in the League, especially on his own team...LoL

Welcome to CCS

P.S,
Howard will be a Laker
JR Smith will be a Bull :troll:

I also don't want to become "Detroit light". We've got Hamilton. Getting Wallace might be one too many ex-Pistons for my taste. Lol

I believe Mike James was with them as well.

I say why not to Wallace. Like mentioned, a just in case guy.

And everyone needs to calm down about getting Dwight and appreciate the fact that we have a much better player

That's what I been saying....**** Dwight Howard.
We have a contender right now without him.
