Red Robin

10 years ago I used to love going to Red Robin. Not a great burger but a pretty good one. Went there today with my son and thought I would get the $13.50 gourmet burger. Now I have this thing about resisting paying more than $10 for a burger. In fact, the only time I pay more than $10 for a burger is room service on a business trip. But then again that's not my money

Anyway, Im expecting this to be a big juicy burger. It turns out to be like the other Red Robin burgers: decent meat but not great, some gristle. Burger come out dry, nothing juicy about it. Not enough cheese to cover the burger. The only highlight is the ciabatta bun which was excellent. Fries we hot but overcooked and tasteless. Got the lemonade for $2.50. Doesnt compare to the new Friday's gourmet burger at $10. I wont be going back soon

It probably is. When I went there my fat friends was like 15 haha. So Maybe mine was more like 10, but I just remember it was alot.

I like 5 guys but it's really overpriced. And I think the burgers are actually small. Around me we have a place called Fat Burger. Now their is a damn good burger.

the burger I got there was some kinda ghost burger or some shit spicy as hell and fucking good and the fries where fresh and good it was like pretty fuckin great the 3 times ive eaten there the veggies on the burgers where like garden fuckin fresh guess ive just got lucky

I love pickled jalapeños on a burger and most places when you get jalapeños they are pickled. I keep forgetting that five guys has fresh green jalapeños. I have to pick them off. They light me up. Five guys makes a great burger though. Fries are awesome too and they just dump a bunch in the bag.

Blech, red robin is awful. Five Guys and Smashburger are infinitely better.

And even better than those are a few places in downtown Denver. One is The Cherry Cricket and the other is My Brothers Bar. So fuckin good...
