Good thing too. With the release of Fuld the Cubs had to make this signing to meet their quota for overrated white OFer's.

It's kind of the Cubs Special person version of the Roony Rule.

Overrated or not at least he puts forth an effort in all aspects of the game. That is much more then you can say about the other players (save Byrd).

If you release something you love and it comes back it was truly yours. if it never does than it goes to Tampa.
