I don't see the comical, it's like people don't think the part that made it laughable was the arrogant players and coaching attitudes all swapping around

You're right - there isn't anything funny here at all. Just flatline incompetence, except for interestingly "Phatt" Matt Barkley. But Mike Tomczak had a lotta balls, too . . .

For those of you who thought Marc "Canada Dry" Trestman was the only guy who could provide comical blowout losses, meet burnt out Johnn"Lazy Like a" Fox, week 16 of a 3-and-11 season . . . The Redskins are gonna score 50 on these bums . . .

Ummmmmmmm what was that? moron

We need to trade our first round pick and get a couple 2nd round picks, what a talent deficient team.

Oh hell no. If you have a chance to draft a future star (top 4 pick) you do it unless you get such a great package you can't turn it down. Second round picks don't qualify for that.

At least Trestman's Bears made you smile. You were generally laughing at them, sure, but it was better than having to be subjected to the arrogant Fox . . . Oh, for a recycling controversy . . .

He's Kenny Stabler.

The guy that Barkley reminds the shoopster of most is indeed the aforementioned Tomczak. But the shoopster means that in a complimentary way. He loved Tomczak's moxie, gunslinging tendencies, and ability to throw the worst interceptions yet come back with a long touchdown drive. And Tommczak had a pretty good NFL career for himself. But, alas, he was never a "quarterback of the future." And neither is Barkley . . .

You're right about Tomczak having a competitive spirit. He would fight, not very good, but he'd fight. I think the gameplanning is very suspect.

A halftime query - how old exactly is Dick Stockton and how bad does your team actually have to be to draw him on play-by-play? . . .
