I've seen enough of Odonnel not to question a 13 yard punt into a heavy wind. What is he trying to do? Dude can punt 37-42 on a good day, punts too high, punts too slow. Has a long history of sloth punts getting tipped or blocked.
We need a new punter.

As evidence I recall the Patriots 44-3 drubbing of the Bears (not sure of actual score) in a snow game about 5 years ago. They are just that bad and can only do one thing. With the elements taking unpredictability away, these teams are hamstrung.
