In all seriousness though, I had a real kraut from Trader Joes that included gerkins in the fermenting process. It was a tad sweeter than most and was actually really good.

It's not an ingredient though, it is a condiment.... an optional item you choose to add to the food they serve you....
Though I know the 1 thing I want when I look to try a new place to eat is that they have some irrational hate for certain condiments which might drive them to chastise me for asking about it.... surely they will change the world with this policy.
If I wanna get ragged on by a restaurant I can go to Ed Debevic's.... otherwise just politely inform me you don't carry ketchup and stop being Hot Dog Joseph Mengele.

I intend to put them in concentration camps where I force them to put the condiment they hate the most on the food they love the most.... meanwhile I feed their condoned condiment laden food to my many dogs.
