The Dark Knight trilogy
for me, it would have to be any one of the 6 movies my parents owned and played on repeat (because they owned them) on laserDisc repeat while I was 1-4: Das Boot, Deerhunter, Ordinary People, 2001, Electric Horseman, or Papillon. Needless to say, any and/or all of those movies shaped my outlook on life.

I'll be honest, I don't understand the Sitcom or stuff like Simpsons/Family Guy as something you would pick above everything else to rewatch for the first time.
These are procedural shows where each episode is typically built on a template, is there a ton of surprise value in rewatching shows like these for the first time?
If anything rewatching stuff like that with hindsight is funnier.... much of the Futurama humor gets funnier the 2nd or 3rd time I watch it.
I don't see the value myself.
