I read that as Incest Rock. I don't know what either of those are though.
The Talking Heads were sometimes referenced as Insect Rock. This band sounds like a lame version of the talking heads

Ahh, right. I hear you. Never thought of comparing the two before.

Na.

Please be respectful of the band and the music, this is for lovers of the music!

Kickass band. Crazy sobs, too. TJ problem likes them considering he loves obscure stuff.

Glad you pay no mind to the basement-dwelling 250 lb. hate-spewing board monkeys. I'm endorsing Des for taste and moral compass, F#@& all the rest of y'all fatfucks.

I've got 3 shows upcoming: Flogging Molly at the Fox in Oakland, Radiohead (VIP, woot!) in Golden Gate park at the Outside Lands festival. Then, hitting a band I never heard of or about - just on the recommendations of this here MB (Tedeschi).

Thanks bud! Hope everything's well out by you. Solid showing you have going on, flogging molly is awesome!! Jealous you are seeing them.

Didn't you see the war on drugs before they became popular?

I was in Denver, ate a couple gummy bears, noticed a long line outside the Ogden theatre so I scalped a GA ticket and pushed up front & center. Had never heard the band before, but yes, after that night i am certainly a fan of War on Drugs.

As for Flogging Molly, I am in the double digits for seeing them - I don't actually listen to much of their music, but they have such an awesomely hybrid pit of aggression and friendliness that I can't resist. Yeah, I'm one of the shirtless/drunk/sweaty guys that never leaves the center pit until the house lights come on. Always feel decompressed in the ensuing morning, best stress relief. I take my wife most shows, but she stays on the perimeter of the pit with the girls while the husband-knuckleheads do their thing with me, good times!

Yeah my good buddy's a singer in a pop punk band and going to their shows is such a good stress reliever. Pushing, shoving, etc. I leave drained as **** but it feels great. They're playing on warped tour right now actually.

Gummy bears eh..[emoji848]

Would really like to get together for a couple cold beverages, and maybe even un-z0mbie HHM to join us. Bummed I skipped out last time, I hope to be back in the Chi in the Fall. 100% certainty I will be there for Cubs playoffs. Will PM you when I book my travel plans.

Pretty low risk, meeting in a bar. But now that you mention it, outside of business I have never IRL met anyone that I first interacted with on the webz. If I don't post for a year or two, let the PoPo know it was either Des or HHM.
