I think we should revisit the thread from last week that said we have the most young talent in the league. What we really are is a shit show lacking playmakers and a team no where close to being ready to compete. I am starting to wonder if this team could even hit .500 in Pace's 4th year of this perpetual rebuild.

The radio guys brought up a good point last week. If you as a GM, plan on whole sale change at the end of season. It doesn't pay to fire and give somebody from the same regime the interm tag because if they do well in the short term, you back yourself in a corner.

But it gives that person a opportunity as HC...exp for them.

I doubt Pace has the green light from ownership to fire Fox before the end of the season, though it's not impossible. He's 100% gone on Black Monday though, gotta be.
