Rome Odunze shoulda been a TE.

You misused "assuage," you appear in context to have wanted to use "mollify." However, I'll commend you for reaching for a dictionary.

Also, how is third on the depth chart "hiding" or "burying" a rookie? Last year, the Seahawks had JSN out there for 2/3 of their offensive snaps, and Lockett and Metcalf logged 4/5. That's a practical difference of ten snaps a game.
Please google words you don't understand before calling out others.

That's low character.

In billion dollar organizations, you're hoping to hide a guy on the roster, so the fans feel better. That's how successful organizations are built.

Heaven forbid, a top ten draft pick beats out a 32 yr old.

That 32 year old is a top 20 WR. So is DJ Moore.

Cold Cement is a top 10 TE.

So yes, he's a 4th option. IT was a luxury pick by the bears for the future, and a damn good one.

If only you would think about your future, maybe you wouldn't have turned into what you are today

@Black Rainbow showing why he's an idiot.

Thinks keenan allen should get reps taken away by odunze. He was the 3rd best fantasy WR in football last year on a per game basis.

Poles drafted odunze not for 2024 but the next decade.

No, I'm right here. Even after looking it up, from context you misused the word.

But that's not a call out. I was trying to help ya. The call out is that you are dumb to think that a rookie WR should start over someone who last year had 1250 yards on 100+ receptions over 13 games. The low character part is where I remind you that this country doesn't expect ex-convicts to have a broad vocabulary

Sounds like you didn't understand the context. "Lawyers." 🤣

So Waldron is going to bury Odunze on the depth chart?
Yes. The entire board has been telling you this all day.

Are you seriously suggesting that you would start a rookie over two receivers in the top 11 of receiving yards last season? You’re dumber than I thought if you say yes.

Yes, they are similar. Assuage is the term for when you want to "make an unpleasant feeling less intense." That was the wrong word, and mollify (as you identify in your definition above) looks to be the correct one. You could have also used "placate" and would have gotten closer to the term you wanted.

Now when we get done with your vocab lesson, we'll go to civics and then math. We'll get you that GRE in no time.

I can see your fantasy football "management" is shining through.

Keenan Allen missed 4 games and finished in the top 11 of receiving yards last season while missing A QUARTER of the season and this dipshit wants to start a rookie over him.

I bet that’ll go over GREAT in the locker room.

So Rome won't play Y?

Are you going with that?
If you want to call it that sure.

Barring injury he’s not playing more than DJ Moore and a guy who finished 11th in receiving last season missing a quarter of the season. Kmet is also going to get his targets.
