If you really read and understood my post you would know I never said they were cheap.

There is a false perception of them being cheap.

This team is currently 80 mill under the cap and has the cheapest oline in the league and it shows.

As for Smith, there is nothing wrong with his attitude. He is a good player and example of poor decisions being made. The cap can be managed. It's only being done currently at Halas in order to be under it with no winning results from it.

Tell Baltimore how terrible Smith is.
Who said he was terrible? I did not see that part. I heard he did not want to be here and I heard the money was to high. I agree with both. We could not find anyone to spend the Oline money on. That's why we still have the money too spend now. Make sense???

None of this is true or applies. We make (bad decisions). Money is not a factor. Bears have top grade everything.
Are you a McCaskey or related to them? Because if you're not why are you defending them?

Both Justin Fields and Roquan Smith have spoken about the difference in organizations and how they're run and they don't just mean from a coaching standpoint. The things these organizations do beyond player salaries.

How many interactions do you think Fields and Smith had with the McCaskey's?

I don't know if the claim is accurate. And being youngest to 1000 tackles doesn't necessarily mean you were the fastest player to reach 1000 tackles. But still a nice achievement. Bears and Roquan kind of had a break up of sorts.

This. It was Luke Kuechly and I'm surprised it wasn't Patrick Willis.

I think Willis got injured or fell off before 1000 after a torrid start.

Bowman after Willis was impressive too.

There is no excuse to losing your best defensive player, who is a great coverage linebacker in a coverage league.
Whatever their reason was, money included, the bears are fucking stupid.

Well, a large reason is he didnt want to stay here.

I'd say its pretty hard to keep a player that wants to be traded, and doesnt have a fucking agent so he takes every part of negotiations personally.

Im not defending them, I'm just not blaming money. Money is never a factor. Halas was cheap, the McCaskeys have never been cheap. Incompetent sure. London silly nanny's sure. PC and bland sure but let's not blame a non factor like money.

I turned on the Chargers game and immediately see Mack get a sack. I’m like oh yea, I remember when the Bears used to get sacks…

Chargers had a whopping 6 more sacks than the bears and a lower pressure rate

Not hard. Bears didn't negotiate in good faith because he didn't have an agent. Bears started disrespecting with their usual negotiating media slander. Bears were shitty and gave him little hope of winning.

I'm gonna go with 85% bears fault. 15% Smith.
