I love this dude and really hope he steps up big. He needs to be the leader without question. If Kirk is the leader on this team then the box of stale cereal in my kitchen is the best breakfast food. He needs to step up. But then again, he is only 20 right?

Yo, there's no doubt Derrick has a bright future ahead of him but we are expecting to much of this kid and the sad part about it is this team has 60 years of veteran experience. I hope Pooh don't take the offensive approach this year.
