But that could be said about any NFL team.Ha ha. Great point.

No remy yet? That's so odd that he hasn't posted in a thread that has anything to do with Pace being a good GM...Hahaha. And you know he's already been in here at least 4-5 times cause remy goes through every thread multiple times every single day.
Why this can't be correct. Something must be wrong.
Pace has a 15.6 percent pro bowl rate
The great Chris Ballard has a 6.9 rate.
They must have gotten them backwards
Lol, this stat is so misleading.
The Bears took Jackson, Cohen, Trubisky, Leno, Whitehair and Howard. Trubisky's selection was a joke as just about every NFC QB declined (that is hyperbole). Pace traded Howard away. Cohen made it on Special Teams so his selection is of little value. Leno, just about everyone wants us to draft a LT of the future. So basically that leaves you Jackson and Whitehair with both having down years. Jackson is really the only star at this point.
Nelson, Kelly and Leonard have made the Pro Bowl for Colts. All 3 legit deserved it and are legit top players at their positions right now. I take the quality of the Colts trio over the Bears any day.
We still think the pro bowl means something?
Im shocked remy forgot howard, which he has a massive boner for.
I said he traded Howard away. Read it again. You quoted it.
The trubisky pro bowl selection may not have been merited, but it was not a joke. It's okay to admit he had a good second year on one of the best rosters in football.
Shocker, usually if you post up a decent statistical season on a winning team you make the pro bowl.
Cohen was fantastic in 2018 as well. If you shit on a player for one year you can't dismiss the other.
And leno was not drafted by pace.
Nelson was a no brainer pick. He was the most guaranteed home run in the draft in years. The colts had a terrible oline and a hurt QB. No brainer.
Ballard has SUCKED in the draft.
I usually just speed read your posts.
Still doesn't change the fact ballard has been every bit as "bad" as pace if not worse.
No one is claiming Ballard is a great GM. I am saying objective speaking Nelson, Leonard and Kelly are better players than the alleged Pro Bowlers the Bears still have left on their roster.
His drafting is horrible. he reached for kevin white and drafted a non pass rusherto be a pass rusher. It's crazy to think trubisky is his only mistake. All he does is make mistakes.Every gm has busts.
The fact he drafted trubisky is the only serious issue anyone should have with him.
He's done perfectly fine in the draft and FA. I remember when this team would throw top dollar at FA's and they would choose other teams over us.
No he wasn't. he was dhb 2.0I mean, to be fair, Kevin White was an elite WR prospect as well.
His only real negative was the fact it was a one year sample size, but the guy legit looked like the next Julio Jones coming up.
Err...not to be that guy, but Whitehair is about as good as Kelly and he was picked over a full round later.
Leonard is a stud, and a great find. Can't discount that one.
Nelson was a no brainer. Everyone knew he would be a perennial all pro. The odds of him NOT being one were always very low.
And Eddie Jackson is still arguably better than all of them. I'd take Jackson over Nelson.
Sure you do. As expectedLol, this stat is so misleading.

Pace 16 percentHey if you have a logical argument for why I am wrong, I am all ears. Otherwise, please forgive me if I don't give a shit about Trubs making the pro bowl after like 7 QBs passed on the "honor".
Pace 16 percent
Ballard 6 percent
I will wait for you to tell me how the entire world is wrong and you are correct At what point do you stop and think that no one is taking anything you say as serious? And the biggest question is do you even care?
