I'm dull.

All I do are Caesar salads with baby spinach, shaved carrots, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, and grilled chicken breast.

Whatever you make, get some jalapeno ranch on it. Delicious.

Sadly I can't eat a salad willingly unless I make it as unhealthy as possible...

Caesar dressing is something I like though. I like having some hardboiled egg in mine as well.

I've heard whisperings of an amazing salad.... steak, black beans, rice, cheese, salsa, and sour cream and oddly this salad is served inside a tortilla shell.... but if you want a salad with some WOW factor....

If you have a local butcher that can slice bacon to order...have them slice some thick cut bacon. By thick I mean close to a 1/2 inch thick. put the bacon on a bed of arugala with some tomatoes, onions, cubed cheddar, and the dressing of your choice (I would go either blue cheese or just straight olive oil).

I think cilantro is the most underrated ingredient. I love me some cilantro.

It's good as a compliment, but too much can ruin what you make. At least anything outside of salsa.

If you looking for an easy yet delish salad. I suggest a hot potato salad.

Cut potatoes in 1/4 inch rounds. Par cook potatoes where they are still firm, but almost done. Let cool

When cooled, toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Put the potatoes on the grill to finish cooking. Get some nice grill marks on them as well.

Salad is simple as it gets. Take spinach and add sliced red onions. Toss in a good balsamic vinegar. Top with the hot grilled potatoes and sprinkle blue cheese all over the top and some in the salad. Good salad that is pretty easy right there.
