I don't see the Bulls getting Chris Bosh, Ray Allen and holding onto Brad Miller at the same time. I don't think their caproom will stretch that far. But I think Bosh(highly unlikely he'll sign with the Bulls) and Bell would be great additions to the roster. I would probably take Asik over Miller at this point. Bosh will take care of the offense, and Asik should be able give the Bulls much needed shotblocking off the bench.

Now that we know how much the salary CAP will be here is how the bulls off season should go.

First off we draft either Xavier Henry, James Anderson, or the best player available. With the amount of underclassmen that are registering for the draft both Henry and Anderson are dropping on all the projected draft boards. The reason is because both guys are projected to be spot up shooters in the NBA. And spot up shooters don't get drafted in the top 10. Is you cannot get either of those players they need to draft the best player available to be included in a trade package.

Second Sign CB4! Bulls management, D. Rose, Benny and the Loveabulls need to be outside of Chris Bosh's home at 12:01 the day free agency starts. All jokes aside I did not think signing C. Bosh was a realistic option until I listed to his exit interview. He stated that he wanted to go to a team with an ALL STAR guard. Someone who could create their own shot. He stated how being in the playoff race and advancing in the playoffs was a huge concern of his. And he made it clear that any team that is going to get him will have to do it through a sign and trade. This is a good thing for the bulls. The team has to trade Deng or Kirk. One of them has to be included in this sign and trade. This team has some assets (Deng or KirK) that they need to get rid of to ensure that NOAH is a part of our future. The BULLS will not be able to pay someone like BOSH or AMARE a MAX contract, and still have money for D. Rose & Noah with Kirk and Deng salaries on this team. ROSE and NOAH are due for contract extensions before Kirk and Dengs deals expire. Best case scenario is Deng and the Bobcats Draft Pick for Bosh. (salaries don't have to match up in a sign and trade)

Offer Anthony Morrow the full MLE. now I know this is a lot for a undrafted player that many people don't know by name. But the bulls need outside shooting. And this guy is one of the best in the Biz. He is more valuable to the Bulls because of the way ore team is currently structured. Having a guy who can shoot the three forces his man to stay home and allows Rose to drive or kick. This make a post player more effective to work with less clutter in the lane. He is a restricted FA so we have to offer him a package that Golden State will not match. They have to much salary locked up in the G and F positions and the team is for sale. I don't think that they intend to take on any more salaries then they have to at this point to make the team more incising.

Resign B. Miller for the mInimum and offer him a job after he retires to ensure that the Rockets don't sign him away from us.

If we sign Bosh we don't have the full MLE.

6 players under contract for $31.8mill in total salary. Take out roughly $1mill for the draft pick & that leaves roughly $23.3mill in cap space, more than enough to sign a max deal starting @ $16.5mill & have an extra $7 mill or so to sign other players.

I thought the MLE only went to teams that are over the cap at the start of Free Agency.

Your math is a bit off. A max deal will start at least 17.5 if not a little higher because the cap goes up and we will have cap holds for 5 minimum salaries. We won't have the full mle but we will have about 3-4 mill.
