Was it the Magic School Bus?

Apparently, there was some guy he was chasing (Prope was a bomb technician for the police). So this guy puts a bomb on a bus, and if the bus goes under 50 mph, it explodes. Prope wasn't able to diffuse the bomb in time, gas ran out.......and boom.

2 things that always pissed me off about that movie:

1. How does Dennis Hopper have video, but doesn't take the time to put some audio in there? He doesn't want to hear about Jack is saying?

B. How in the **** does LA fix a free way by removing the middle of it? Doesn't make sense.
