Well Kameron Loe is probably the second guy in line right now in my opinion, but it will be interesting because the Cubs would have to waive anyone they try to demote out of the pen right now except Russell and Fujikawa.

So Camp and Marmol have been the weakest links. Marmol is safe for now due to the investment put into him. I wouldn't gamble on it with the brain-trust running the ship. Puts Loe on the bubble.

Things could change over time. I'd look at their current WHIP's as a guide. Basically are they keeping guys off base.
