Does suck for him, he was a good story.
From a football perspective, it makes the Bears game against them in December a whole lot easier...and we're lucky they already played Detroit and won, or else that would probably be a Detroit win.

I'm sorry for the individuals. But as a Bear fan living in the Bay Area, I have absolutely no sympathy for the 49ers. Couldn't happen to a more entitled, spoiled fandom.
