This is a the primer basically explaining how to interpret the data. From my understanding though this isn't going to be the top-x list. It's going to cover every teams player who has a legit shot at being a MLB player. So, while someone like the A's may only have 10-15 guys the cubs could have 20-25 or maybe even more.
What's great is they give not only current values but future values for the respective tools. Often you only get future values which makes it hard to tell where exactly someone lies.
They aren't going to release them all day one so it's probably going to be 1 a day or something similar. As such I'll post them as they come up more for me than anything as I'm into this sorta stuff and hate having to hunt down them.
