anything short of a world series ring is a failure in my book. ALDS, ALCS, etc....all that would be is an extended season

Not only are you ignorant on baseball, you are ignorant on the Sox. Would it be disappointing? Yes, but not a failure by any means. Very Successful seas especially given what we had and all the injuries we suffered.

I say forget what happened on the most recent road trip. The Sox have a 10 game homestand coming up. Time to get some home cooking going. This is a series that the Sox can sweep.

72-61 is not a dissapointing record. Sure it could be better but the Sox have already surpassed my expectations for 2012.

If you feel that making the post season or being over .500 is a success than so be it, those are low standards. The only thing that is a success is winning the WS. It doesnt matter what SI and analysts said about the sox before the season, the fact is they still have a lot of talent on this team that should be contending for the playoffs so it shouldnt be a surprise.

oh and keep dislike repping me with your lovely obession.

so back to the subject..........

sox really really need to bring the bats out and get back to owning 1st place. A lot can be said if they do this from a mental aspect. get back to winning and feeling good. Santiago needs a strong start, no walks as he faces a shitload of lefties!

Im worried about the quintana start the most...just because of josh willingham who owns him.
