My office is casual, so unless im playing sports or occasionally dressing up, i wear some brown leather flip-flops or these:

In the natural/khaki. most comfortable shoes ever.

There's a difference between "keeping shoes presentable" and obsessing over them like a woman. Plus based on the pictures of your shoes you've posted you should be burning them, not cleaning them.
