C'mon. That's right up there with 'the first pick in the draft will be announced by none other than NFL commissioner Roger Goodell'.
Ok I'll go a bit deeper....

Pace will draft an OLB instead of one of our needs at QB, OT, WR and CB in the first 3 rounds and he'll be fired up and talk about his amazing get off while we all rip our dicks off

I think Trask is better than a consolation prize.

6 TD half.
Went against SEC defenses.

He can do some things. #20 is probably before he gets picked, but if you trade down too far you probably don't get him.

I'm happy with conviction at 20 or a trade down in this draft.

Hopefully his upside shines for him and whoever takes him. I'm cautiously hesitant on Trask not because he had talent around him and kicked ass with it, but bec of the downsides listed here:

2021 NFL draft: Can Florida QB Kyle Trask fit in modern NFL game?

*60% of his passes were 10 yards or less (& majority of his yards),
*less mobile (who cares if he can read a defense?)
*flusters under pressure & misses "easy" throws - even in short game (cough - more Mitch?)
*needs strong OL (NOT Bears (yet)),
*stares down targets, and
*ball security all noted as concerns

I agree with benefits of a trade-down in 1st.

no effing way, so your saying Pitts @ 3? Why not just come out and say it? You got cincy and Atlanta backwards. Bears might get Porn Star Jimmy, not Tua.

My #calledit is everyone of these is wrong.
Guess you were wrong.

Going to make a shocking prediction here.

On draft night the majority of Bears fans will be....

HAPPY.

That’s right. I’m making the incredibly shocking prediction that 51% of Bears fans won’t rip their dicks off and will actually like the pick.

You are welcome.

Well well.....

My #Calledit moment was that there was going to be either a commercial or something talked about before saying out selection. Sure enough.

I was hoping for Jenkins at 20 or trade down and post June 1st trade for Russell Wilson. Never imagined Fields would be possible and was beating myself up for having such longshot hope. The league gifted them the chance & I'm happy as hell to be wrong.

The 2nd Mock Draft by the boys at Chicago Audible called the Fields & Jenkins picks correct...but earlier and at higher cost (#4 and late 1st respectively).
