not to derail the thread but my wife told me today that I fart a lot in my sleep. I fart a lot when I'm awake, too, but she said the ones I rip unconsciously are horrific. She said one was so loud last night that it made the bedroom window rattle and it had to wake the neighbors below us.

I don't know what to do. It's not like I can use snore strips
