Whats funny? I live in southern Louisiana in a town right outside New Orleans. It has snowed in this town 4 times in my life and everytime, I was staying in New Orleans and it didn't snow there. Oh, and by snow, I mean its snow in the air then melts when it hits the ground. lol I have traveled all across the US besides the West Coast and I have never seen snow because I always have traveled in summer months. So, basically, I have no effing clue what your are talking about. Our worst day is when it ice's over and everything shuts down because no one knows how to drive in it.
