So good your mother could scout him

This will probably be my last thread about Gurley... I dont wanna bring out the hate like the Chandler Jones Guy

As NFL Media's Brian Baldinger put it this week, "My mom could scout Todd Gurley."

Hmm seems to be getting so much love now. When this wasnt the case pre-draft time from most non NFL peeps... My predictions were so spot on that half of my threads/posts were deleted. I guess so i wouldnt bump up shit bringing down the majority of this boards posters with their self righteous anti Gurley positions. Im not that lame anyway... no need to bump up old threads..its funny those protection measures were taken though..

Good video showing his skills some

Whoever didn't know he'd be good obviously didn't watch college football or paid attention to it. The problem was, was he worth taking in the first after his torn acl.

What exactly was the prediction? Gurley was the consensus top RB in the draft.

Good player.

Still terrible positional value and we will see if he lasts a long time.

RBs are not valuable in a passing league.

A great RB is still a very good thing even in a passing league. I wanted him at 7. I was made fun of.

but anyway, i still wouldn't use a first round pick on a RB. thats ridiculously poor drafting IMO.

If you think he's the next Peterson, go ahead. Peterson was coming off a college injury when he came out as well. That said, RB value at 7 is hard to justify in the current game. Used to be that way for WRs but it's flip flopped. If Gurley breaks his shin, is he a bust? Can you imagine the uproar in Chicago if Pace drafted an injured player?

For every Gurley, there's a thousand Garrappolo's!!!!!!

Don't pull your back with that reach.

I just wish your boy Cook could hit the side of a barn so I could think about jumping on the bandwagon.

He looks to be elite already. You have to be able to beat the elite qbs some other way than out passing them. If you have Gurley, Cutler, and a strong defense that could be a winning combination. Limiting Cutty throwing off play action with gurley oh my.
