i think it's good that you just ignore lex l....because all he's going to do is attack you..

and yes i know how fucking good jordan was...dont think i never saw him..right now he is the best that has ever played...and i dont think hou disagrees with that

but the basketball talent lebron has is the best i have ever seen...not to say jordan didnt have phenomenal talent...but what made jordan the best was not just that he was a great player on both sides of the ball or his athleticism..but his will and toughness and clutch...something lebron still needs to master

lebron came into the league out of high school at 18...and he averaged 20 PPG.....thats ridiculous talent....kobe couldnt do that....and idk if jordan could have done that....although jordan did average like 29 PPG his rookie year...it was because he developed his game significantly at UNC...he had an amazing work ethic..and it really payed off...

Lebron is similar to magic...but magic is the better passer easily...and magic is nowhere near the physical specimen that lebron is...lebron is 6'8 250 and is strong and as fast as hell...no other player in nba has overall physical tools and talent that lebron has had...

talent does not equal being the best ever or being the best offensively or defensively....that's where the mental game and work ethic comes in..and jordan takes the cake on that...

what makes him the best is his talent AND his mental game

before he joined the Heat, i thought, "Man Lebron needs to step it up and win some rings", cuz at the end of his career, when hes compared to Mike, thats what its gonna come down to; rings. Now that hes in the Big 3 that doesnt matter.

That was my point...he has the TALENT to be the best ever. People who say he can't do that now because he played with Wade...would they have said that had he come to Chicago and played with Rose? I doubt it.

And yeah, both Lex and Dick2Keva are lames to me...who cares what they think. They can't have a reasonable argument without relying on "you're not a Bulls fan..." and crap like that...

I think ESPN and the way they CHOPPED UP THE INTERVIEW is why fans as well as CRAZY STEPHEN A SMITH got all bent out of shape

LEBRON IS A BEAST! We can sit here and post negative stuff about him and point out his flaws but you would have to be a complete fool to say he is not good

LeBron game to me compares more to Magic Johnson then it does MJ, he can take over games and score a ton of points when he wants like MJ...BUT...at 6'7 270 lbs. (or what ever it is) and to be able to move like he does and to be able to step out and Guard Derrick Rose (AND SHUT HIM DOWN) that is AMAZING and something I have NEVER SEEN BEFORE, he is about the size of Anthony Mason and Larry Johnson back in the day and those guys was PF's

MJ will always be the greatest...no need to be SO INSECURE FELLOW BULLS FANS, so INSECURE TO THE POINT THAT YOU HAVE TO ALWAYS BASH Kobe or LeBron just because you feel they are a THREAT to MJ'S G.O.A.T. CROWN

Pippen said NOTHING WRONG nor did he say LeBron WAS BETTER...but ESPN Chopped up the interview then Stephen A Smith jumps on ESPN going all crazy and making a big issue out of it

I understand that the HATE FOR LEBRON JAMES I HIGH RIGHT NOW...but fans have to understand, that HATE is not going to CHANGE THE FACT THAT THE MAN IS A BEAST ON THAT BASKETBALL COURT, as much as fans think their BOOS can EFFECT HIM...IT DOESN'T, if anything I think it motivates him and it makes him PLAY EVEN BETTER

been a Hardcore Bulls fan since 1987-1988 but I am also a FAN OF THE SPORT IN GENERAL, just not one of those BIASED FANS who only care about THE BULLS, I enjoy watching LeBron play, as well as KOBE as well as Durant, D-Wade, Dirk and so many other current PLAYERS, it just does have to be "DERRICK ROSE OR NOTHING" like SOME FANS!

We need more fans like you...unfortunately we have 35 year old "fans" who say things like Lebron can't possibly be the greatest, but we don't need Howard...because we have Asik...what??? Do you watch television at all? Damn shame...

Seeing some people compare Kobe or LeBron to Michael Jordan just makes me realize that the NBA has lost its older fanbase (over 35). It's laughable to me to see anyone even bring this up. LeBron doesn't have Michael's skill set, and he certainly doesn't have his legendary killer instinct where he just refused to lose the game to the point of absurdity. He's a big, fast, athletic kid. Maybe that translates into a fantastic career for him, but he'll never be Michael Jordan.

Spoken like a wannabe ESPN snob who thinks he's better than everyone else because he is a fan of the whole NBA, like somehow we aren't.

Some people don't like lebron, deal with it. You don't have to defend him like he's paying you or fucking your moms or some shit. He doesn't know you exist or even care that you're defending him to some anonymous people on the internet.

How stupid is that?

News flash. I never liked kobe or lebron and it has nothing to do with their non-threats to Jordan's legacy.

No one is insecure about that. If someone comes along and surpasses MJ, I'll be the first to tip my hat to them, but neither kobe nor lebron is that. lebron can be, sure. but will he? Who knows?

But to crown him now is completely asinine, and the only reason hou is making a big deal about it is because someone (Scottie) gave him his opinion since he just regurgitates whatever someone else says and never has his own thoughts. I just think both of those players are arrogant douches and arrogance is personality trait I really hate.

He's responding to something I said and of course taking it out of context to fit his agenda.

lebron isn't the greatest. Period.

And I said that if the Bulls went after Howard, it would be at the cost of our front court depth. Of course he just loves to fap over big names. I was saying they should fill the need at the 2, and since Howard can't fill that need, plus our front court is deep, we don't need him.

He's trying to spin it in his own way, just like Fox Noise and ESPN does.

Believe what you want though.

WHAT has LBJ done that MJ hasn't done.... a few times? What can LBJ do basketball wise that MJ wasn't able to do? The answer is nothing!

let's just look at basketball skill

LBJ is a good defender. MJ is considered to be one of the greatest perimeter defenders of all time. Some consider him to be THE best perimeter defender of all time.

The most steals LBJ averaged in a season was 2.2. MJ averaged that for his CAREER. most in one season was over 3 steals a game.

They both average .8 BPG in their career...and MJ is 2 inches shorter.

As a guard, MJ is considered on of the best players ever in the post. LBJ is still trying to learn how to play in the post... and he's still not great at it.

LBJ averages 7.1 RPG in his career. The most he ever averaged in one season was 7.9. MJ averages 6.2 RPG in his career... his season high was 8. And MJ is 2 inches shorter and 45 pounds less.... also remember, MJ played in a league where there was a lot of good physical big men... LBJ is playing in a league where some soft PF's play C regularly.

LBJ averages 3.3 Turnovers a game for his career.. MJ averaged 2.7.

They are both great at getting to the rim... but again, big men used to be better and there was hand checking. LBJ is huge, and there's no hand checking now. EASY.

MJ was a GREAT jump shooter. maybe not from 3, but he could easily hit them from 21 feet consistently. LBJ is a pretty bad mid-range shooter and an average 3 point shooter.

LBJ probably is a better passer and has better court vision... but remember, MJ did play PG one season and averaged 8 APG... so it's not like he couldn't pass.

When you look at things such as heart, leadership, will to win, etc. MJ wins all of those.

So saying LBJ is better or as good as MJ because he's bigger and and good numbers is just stupid... because it's A LOT more than that.

i think many if not all acknowledge that jordan at this point is no question superior to lebron...its that lebron has all the talent and physical tools to be the best ever...but still lacks the mental toughness and agressiveness that jordan had...especially in the finals where lebron has not just underperformed this year..but in 07 as well

Please don't use stats for justification as to who the best ever is...unless you are willing to concede Wilt is the greatest ever...

Wilt played in an incredibly fast paced era. I'd just to see the per-game stats Jordan would have put up in that generation.
