An Eagles fan I like. For now until you say something dumb. But for now, I like.

As for the Bears... it's the same roller coaster year after year, you just hope the quarterback play is slightly improved? Defense is usually, generally reliable in this town. Quarterback play is like fast food, it's usually god fucking awful. Sometimes it's soggy ass fries, sometimes it's hot and crispy. But never, ever gourmet.

In 2 of your first 3 games last year you didn't have a passing TD.

That's not even a point. He had two TDs in game 2. That's better than none in 2 games.

It's week 2 and about 1/3 of all NFL fans are freaking out. It's funny for those that have seen this before.

NFL fanatic reaction - SOMETHING BAD HAPPENED!!! WE NEED TO TRADE FOR SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY!!!

NFL teams actual reaction - Based on injuries they bring up someone from the practice squad or go real flashy and sign someone that's so talented that they are currently unemployed.

Anyway, you guys are 1-1.

Chill out.

As a reminder, last year at this time you were also 1-1. The only difference was that your season was 'saved' by the same Mitch Trubisky that you now want to go full Mike Glennon on.
My sentiments exactly.

Considering last season you ended up going 12-4, won your division and if Parkey made a 43 yard field goal you would have moved forward to 'who knows' things didn't turn out so bad, right?

Except the only problem with that is so far GB and Det look much improved from last year.

I agree. I kind of love sloppy joes. A lot of sugar in my recipe, so I don't make it too often... but it is pretty fucking good.
Sloppy joes are really underrated. An easy meal. Matter of fact, I haven't had one in a while, gotta change that.

This is pretty close to what I do, but with more mustard and some garlic:

Pretty similar to what I do as well. I always end up doing something a little different each time to be honest.

And the team was rightly criticized for it. During the NFL season, it may be shocking but people's emotions fluctuate week over week. People will chill when Bears give us reason to.

1-1 has nothing to do with it.

How many other "rational" NFL fans would be patient with a team that has yet to have a passing TD?

I wonder how Patriots fans would react to no passing TDs after two games?
In 2001 Brady failed to throw a TD in his first 3 games and in 6 games over all.

Detroit got lucky that the Chargers did not have a place kicker on the roster or they would be 0- 2 most likely

Do you put a slice of cheese on your joes? I do and it is delicious.

Yes, I do most of the time. Not all of the time though. Is their a rule about cheese on Sloppy joes like beans in chili? I know people get triggered over these rules easily.
