I read yesterday (some Chicago-based internet source - newspaper?) that the Bulls strategy is to try to get Bosh, then go to LeBron and sell him on that. Who knows, though.

That's what I've heard and seen. And that has to be the reason.

The timeline would work out perfectly if they could get Bosh figured out by tomorrow night, then go to Cleveland on Saturday (that's the day they meet w/LeBron, correct?) and get it hammered out. All the pieces will fall into place.
