Go to youtube and find a guy called TheLawnCareNut. He lived in Indiana but recently moved to Florida. Whatch his lawn here from indy - its beautiful and he explains how yo maintain through the year.

Lol he knows his stuff. I watched a few of his videos before I put some fertilizer down. Rained 2 inches here last week right before I put my fertilizer down and my grass has never been greener.
