That is like a sox fan stating that all cub fans are drunk college kids with their "pastel popped collar polo shirts and flip flops" that have no clue what is going on with the cubs, and only being there for the party.

I don't know if the number is correct, but don't find it hard to believe. They do play in a division that would certainly skew their percentage upward.

I looked over their records since '90 (which by using '90 as a staring point cleverly left out several losing seasons) and they definitely have a good stretch of winning but it didn't really seem overwhelming.
You'd think the team with the 2nd best winning percentage in that time frame would have made the playoffs more than four times.
