He was a full time starter from 2007-2009, but in 07' and in 09' he had high babip (.349 and .348), but on the flip side, it was low in 2008, which is arguably his best season as a starter, which isn't saying a whole lot.
Its a minor league deal with a big league option in 2013. So if Coop can work his magic and he can be serviceable on the cheap then that is fantastic, but if he sucks then its not really a big loss financially.
