I think we were all suspect after 2012, as we were after Humber's 2011, but he has gotten better.

Better ERA, FIP, xFIP, SIERA, WHIP, Stuck out more, and walked less.

Maybe dominant #2 isn't the right word, or at lease for now. But, Q has proven that 2012 wasn't a fluke.
