Bacardi at the Park is a good start, but there needs to be more around the ballpark. Also, it needs to feel safer. That whole area down there is really shitty. Might as well be going to a Detroit Tigers game!

according to one site the sox are 4th highest in ticket prices. I wonder if they average in half price mondays and the other pepsi promo.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Toledo Rockets
I bought two tickets and ate both.

They got my money, they're satisfied.

I honestly don't know what to suggest for the White Sox to draw more fans at The Cell. Attendence has been an issue for the Sox for YEARS. With the prices of tickets these days, i'm lucky if I get to a Sox game once every five years. I could complain about the price of parking but I do believe there is public transporation to The Cell now of days. Could Jerry Reinsdorf be the problem? Reinsdorf is a cheap SOB afterall for the most part.

The Red Line station is right there. Plus I'm sure there's a couple of bus lines that go next to the stadium. People just don't want to go and it doesn't really make sense.

One idea I would use to bring more fans is have a promotion one hour prior to game time that all remaining Upper Deck seats are only $5-$10 each. This would be the price regardless of opponent. They'd make money off of parking and consessions to help offset the $15-$40 loss per ticket in revenue. The old addage, some money is better than none.

Also, I would consider opening the lower bowl for road games. Charge $3-5 bucks and watch the game on the scoreboard.
