We went to a Mexican restaurant tonight, and I will never like Cumin again. I had enchiladas that had so much in it that I couldn't finish half of it. Never had something so bad at a restaurant before. I love spicy food and I'm not overly picky, but this shit was inedible.

Hm, that's hard. Assuming I can have fresh garlic in bulb form:

Bay Leaves
Cumin
Cayenne
Chili
Celery Salt

I'm assuming I can get fresh parsley other wise I'd sub that in for Celery Salt though it would mean my potato salad would be forever ruined.

Oregano is a must. Chili Powder, Red Pepper Flakes, Cumin, & Paprika. I use fresh parsley, garlic, & cilantro over spice form every time.
