Blasphemy! Siracha is one of the best chili sauces on the market but nothing bears homemade.

Siracha is the best hot sauce out there.

Siracha is a hot chili sauce not a hot sauce. Chili sauce has more ingredients like tomatoes while hot sauce is thinner and pretty much just chili peppers, salt, vinegar, and I add lime on mine.
