For about the past 7 or 8 games the Blackhawks have given up a goal within the first 2 minutes of play. I woke up this morning and knew we'd be down by 1 by the time we were 5 minutes into the game. This shit is getting stupid.

But at the time Dmelt, St Louis had 1 goal we had 0. The "shots" concept is overrated. If my team shot 1 times at the goalies chest and your team shot 20 times at all 5 of the holes, who'd win? But Bickell and Morin decided to tie it up. Bickell is looking like the guy we had last playoffs.

I wish they'd just send him down to Rockford already. They obviously don't want to burn the first year of his entry-level deal this season.

I wouldn't have played him against St. Louis, anyway. David Backes went after 18-year old Nathan MacKinnon last night to prove that Backes is just so tough, so God knows what he'd try to pull if Teuvo was on the ice.
