As an actual Irishman - born, raised, and still here - i love how Chicago dyes their river green.

I also love how everyone pretends to be Irish on Paddy's Day - drink, be merry, wear green, and drink some more - that's what we'll all be doing over here, why shouldn't everyone else be able to join in?

Also - I have absolutely no feelings, good or bad, about the Matthews band, or their drummer!

I was going to take the environmentalist high-road and ask what impact, if any, does dying the river green cause...

...Then I remembered it was the Chicago river...if anything can actually live in it green dye is not going to phase it.
