In what's almost become an annual occurrence for the NHL's premier franchise, the Hawks again take it outside, this time it's up north in Minnesota against the division rival Wild. Minnesota enters on a 3-game winning streak, while the Hawks have on their last two. (Although can we really count the Toronto one?) Either way, this game tends to favor the team that handles the elements better. Also, these outdoor games always seem to bring out the best in the Hawks Captain.

I don't think Beckham was ever as good for the White Sox as Daze was for the Hawks (in a few seasons, at least)

Funny how these teams like Minnesota play so well on a big stage in February but the biggest stage in April and May they go belly up....it would be interesting to see them play against St. Louis just to see which team is the bigger choke artist. One of them would have to win, right?

Meh, it's snowing outside in Minnesota. Probably ass wipe cold and I think they got awarded the first 6 or so penalties before the game was half over. We are their most hated team, in front of their largest crowd of the year.
