I don't see most people going on about their proclamations or how vaunted their takes were. Stating some throw away lines for discussion isn't really clinging to any hope. It's reflecting on the situation at hand and surveying the possibilities. We don't all have to make some stances as if we have immense knowledge of what will be occurring. It has such little value anyway, it merely just results in bickering to no point over some grand design to be right. Who cares, it's just ideas.
No they don't need every position of that manner to have a locked down long term target, they might be able to make due with a year of a decent RT and find a way to shift some players around the team like Bushrod the next if they found their ways into a LT of greater ability. There is nothing wrong with flexibility in these contexts
Stop it, you're trying to create an argument out of a virtual certainty. If I handed you a sandwich and said the sandwich was 98-percent shit and 2-percent ham would you say to me that there's a chance you're eating a ham sandwich?
