Awesome book, loved the trailer.

Apparently, King has seen the movie and loved IT.

Book scared the hell out of me when I read it. Took a lot of the fear out of seeing the movie though; I knew what was coming. This movie might change that, though. It's been a while.

Also, for those who've read it: still the most fucked-up scene you've ever encountered in a book, right? You know exactly which one I'm talking about.

Yeah. I'm hoping the movie skips over that part like the mini-series did.

I remember watching this at a sleepover when I was maybe 12. Scared the fucking shit out of me.

Now though it just seems elementary.

That was the made-for-tv version. Wait till the chains come off and you see this one.

Yeah not much of his stuff translates well in to made for tv.

Ever watch The Tommyknockers? I've heard it's the only made for TV King that is worth it(IT is still ok, just nowhere near as good as it could have been), but I never bothered.

OK so I haven't read the book. What do you guys think.... read the book first or wait for the movie? The teaser looks good.

Book is great. It's Stephan King at his Kingiest (well maybe second to the Dark Tower Series but still very Kingy). So if you like King you'll like It. That book legit scared me when I read it, which would have been around college some point so I wasn't exactly a kid.
