Not this debate again... lmao. But I know where Scoot is coming from. And especially when you live outside of a major city, those tend to be the only options, aside frozen pizzas lol

If those are the only options, I'll go w/frozen...even Wal-Mart sells Gino's East.

I had the guys at Church pick up my grill. This Sunday we will be having Vienna Beef Style Hot Dogs and Homemade Burgers from my grill.

Also having a Burger Bar with the following toppings:

Mustard, Ketchup, Mayonaisse, Hot Sauce (red and green), BBQ sauce, A1
Blue, Cheddar, Jack, Mozzarella, Swiss, American
Mushrooms,Tomato, Lettuce, Onion, Pickles, Jalapeños, Guacamole
Egg, Bacon
Black Pepper, Sea Salt

To come we are asking for a couple of two liters and a cash donation to help pay for the food.

Folks can bring extra meat for me to cook, but realize I might eat that meat too.

Ky sucks lol. Wal-Mart out here doesnt carry that. Just the usual 'name' brand pizzas like Tonys, Tombstone, Red Baron, etc. However, own a pizza cooker, that actually improves the taste drastically vs the oven. But Im happy with the Pizza Hut out here, and at 10 bucks, fine by me. And after trying Papa Murphys, definitely happy and impressed at a better option finally out here.

Is bringing beer an acceptable substitute for the 2 liters...or is this strictly a church style party?.

You're in Kentucky?. The last time I was there I stopped in Lexington for a night. There was supposedly an Irish bar across from the state capital building called McCabe's. It was there alright, only they had absolutely no Irish beer and no food either.

Couldn't get out of that state fast enough...lol.

Shithole would be a more fitting description. Tennessee is nice, but KY has nothing to offer anyone...sort of like WV.

Example of Ky opinion: When the State Quarters where announced, the DJs were accepting calls with suggestions. One callers response? "A barefooted pregant woman" Ky isnt to bad, but the fucking obsession over horses is utterly ridiculous. All that hype with the Derby that lasts what? 2 minutes?? And those fucking ridiculous hats. Its like Cheeseheads Gone Wild lmfao. :shifty:

Nashville is a fun town. Avoid Chattanooga at all costs though, the traffic is horrible, it smells like Gary IND., and the women...well do you remember the movie deliverance?.

I used to drive back and forth from here to Florida a lot. I'll never forget the last time I crossed the KY border from eastern TN on my way to Ohio. I kid you not, the first thing I saw was an old beat-up pick-up with plywood being used for side rails that could barely make it up a hill b/c it was loaded down with junk.

It looked like a hybrid vehicle from Sanford and Son/Beverly Hillbillies!.
