All good QB's.

But just know for every college QB with limited experience who does well in the NFL...

there are PROBABLY QUADRUPLE TIMES more who flame out fast.

We'll see.

I'm on board with it...I was the only Bears fan on planet earth who wanted Trubisky. Or Watson.

just like the amount of drafted QBs....most of them don't work out. You let your scouts do their job and take your best shot when you can.

There's also a reason Willis was drafted in round 3 and Trubisky was a top 5 pick like Newton.

Nah.

In 1990 was a different league than it is in 2017.

QB's were NOT as coveted as they are now. A great RB was still picked ahead of the great QB. For MOST teams anyway.

It was still a 12 round draft back in 1990. Teams didn't rush to gobble up all the QB's in round 1. They didn;t have to.

If the 1990 draft was really the 2017 draft, Jeff George, Ware, Hodson, Willis, and O'Donnell ALL would've gone in the first round.

NO doubt about it.

So I'm not sure who you are upset with. Is it Pace or is it Cruz? Or did you just feel like bitching.

So glad football is only a couple months away.

Does it suck being alone in life?

haha...please.

Just because you aren't allowed out past 4:30 pm on a Saturday by your fiancé doesn't mean the rest of us lost our scrotes too.

when football is on...my woman pours the beer and takes out the garbage...

without any lip, or it gets the hose again.

WTF? You don't even know the answers to the questions you asked (production over) and already don't like the guy? Pace is a hypocrite and you don't know the details? Brilliant.

There is nothing wrong with kicking the tires on a veteran guy who may be able to contribute. If he isn't one of the top guys they'll obviously cut him. So why even start a stupid thread on the subject. And on another note why is anyone, this writer included, feeding a hater-troll?

Question: Does Cruz do his show during the season? If not, then who gives a fuck. Marshall wanted to do his show on his day off during season. Think that was the rub.

Brandon Marshall must be miffed right now.

I thougth Pace only wanted people who live and breathe football on our 53.

If that's true, Cruz shouldn't make our 53 because hes got his own show on MTV.

Now maybe production on it is completed already???

If not, Pace is kind of a hypocrite. And id rather have the talented WR/ TV guy in Marshall than a washed up WR/TV guy/bad dancer in Cruz.

Not that I'd really want either.

I just don't understand this signing.

Reading Cruz lambast the Giants sounds like major sour grapes. I mean if youre producing you play Vic. He's just coming off as a diva.

I hope he doesn't make the team unless he is the BEST WR in camp. Because I HIGHLY doubt the Bears bring him back in 2018 anyway unless he has a Pro Bowl year. But then you're overpaying for a 31 year old WR?

Dump this guy come the first week of September.

Develop the Meredith's, Wheaton's, and Gentry's.

All Marshall could provide is nuts.

Pace prefers chips (should have been obvious given his name)...

I am so tired of the Brandon Marshall narrative. Everybody blames Pace for letting go of our best offensive weapon. It had nothing to do with his tv show and everything to do with ownership. Bernstein reported for months on the score (before Pace was even hired) that ownership was done with Marshall. He proved them right by once again wearing out his welcome and failing to reach the playoffs with yet another team

That's the difference between you and I, I'm not tied down. And when your woman is watching the Bachelor you pour her wine and paint her nails.
