See, that's the thing. If the Bulls want to be a contender, they can't 1) give a player like Johnson minutes save for emergency or in a blowout 2) give him MORE minutes to "adjust" to the NBA. He needs to adjust/improve on his own if he wants more minutes, and the Bulls would be stupid to give him more if they land a big-time FA and want to contend.
